Job Position Purpose / Summary :

For the location responsible this role will lead all efforts supporting Planning and Scheduling master data, recipe management, SAP / EWM troubleshooting support.

This role will support the company's defined master data processes for new code entry, ongoing maintenance and code exit, covering the full lifecycle of a product code.

Master data is critical to the company's Planning and Scheduling applications and for Key Performance Indicators. Accurate master data supports planning decisions such as consistent production frequencies, work center constraints, aggregation of codes, and other planning and scheduling activities.

The resource will be responsible for massive data entry and coordination, they must have great attention to detail to minimize errors in data entry.

The primary applications supported but not limited to : SAP S4 HANA, SAP-EWM

Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations

Accountabilities :

• Maintain assigned systems by ensuring that all relevant master files changes for system tables and SAP master data are appropriate, authorized and documented for the Plant.
• Provide on-going user support and training where applicable for the SAP / EWM systems and projects to ensure that the operating system is being effectively utilized by users.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement approved "Master Data" changes for the systems in SAP S4 HANA, SAP / EWM whilst ensuring that all system changes are fully documented, tested and authorized prior to release in the production system.
• Investigate and solve Master Data and EWW innacuracies with the applicable supports team (i.e. procurement, planning, commercial, IT, etc).

This includes but not limited to queue's resolution, problem solving within each of the Tucson departments, support and deliver access requests.

• Review and clear open warehouse tasks and warehouse orders for all departments in Tucson
• Execute testing in the systems and provide training on passed and approved new system processes
• Provide support which manages, maintains, and utilizes the SAP / EWM systems
• Ensure accuracy of specifications, costing, and manufacturing systems
• Schedule and performs "Master Data" audits based on business needs.
• To establish procedures for assigned SAP process and ensure that the procedure is implemented and communicated to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate fully with superiors and others who need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive and vexatious. Communicate in a way that is prompt, complete, concise, being both candid and accurate.
• To perform any other function or assignments as instructed by Superiors.

Expectations :

• Lead discussions around supply chain master data in the supported company applications
• Identifies operational and supply chain master data improvement opportunities and formulates solutions to be prioritized by leadership
• Provide strategic input relative to supply chain master data impacts at the earliest stages of product code creation and new product planning
• Maintain master data integrity across all planning approved IT applications systems relative to Supply Chain (PTD) for the locations in which are supported by the home location
• Timely execution of master data entry requests, providing great customer service
• Lead discussions, create and support master data audits and corrections
• Find more efficient ways to maintain and organize master data requests
• Support multiple company and location projects involving master data
• Expected to lead cross-functional teams by influence for all master data supply chain improvements
• Become the local expert for SAP-EWM, SAP S4 HANA PTD and relevant areas
• Actively participate in plant intiatives, problem solving and process improvement activities

Key Relationships / Customer Expectations :

Plant Planning Team, Procurement Team, Recipe Management, Plant Operations, Distribution, Planning Specialists.

Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skill Required :

• Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of business experience preferred or equivalent
• 3 years SAP Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience working and communicating in groups

Skills :

• Highly analytical and proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and other PC applications
• Effective communication skills and team building skills
• Proficient in speaking and writing Spanish & English at minimum
• Manufacturing certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
