POSITION DETAILS:

• Assist the Shipping Manager in carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, and shipping customer orders efficiently, quickly, and accurately.
• Utilize your best customer service abilities to assist customers in completing their orders online and answering any questions they might have.
• Provide assistance , when necessary, in the warehouse by receiving / organizing inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Strong customer service skills when assisting customers either over the phone or via email.

Ø Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Ø Must be able to calculate correct transaction totals based on different tax and shipping rates.

Ø A strong ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.

Ø Previous experience with UPS Worldship, Microsoft Office and/or Shopify a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
