We are on the hunt for a dynamic leader with a passion for real estate management to spearhead the operations in the vibrant city of San Diego.

Your new role

As the new operational head, you will directly report to the President and take the helm of our multifamily property portfolio in San Diego, which boasts over 2000 units of luxury multifamily and mixed-use high rises. Your mission will be to lead a dedicated team of over 50 professionals, ensuring the seamless operation of our properties, upholding the highest standards of maintenance, and achieving optimal leasing performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• A robust background with 10–15 years of experience in a VP/Director capacity.
• In-depth understanding of the California real estate market.
• A proven success record in the management of apartment complexes and condominiums.
• Experience of leading a sizable team, with 50 direct reports.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Adeptness in financial reporting and budgeting.
