**Minimum Knowledge & Skills:** Requires specific knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; proper mixology techniques; and beverage pairings. Requires basic computer proficiency. **Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:** Minimum formal education of high school diploma or equivalent.
