The Role We are seeking a Rework Technician to join our team in Lancaster, TX, to diagnose, repair, and maintain products in a good working environment contributing to company recoveries & inventory accuracy. You Will: Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with returned product Assist product specialist with product reviews and MI’s Assist service & spares team recovering parts when required Coordinate product holds/rework projects Repair and refurbish product for use Package appliances for shipment Some basic inventory control, including ordering and packaging spare parts You Have: 1 years’ experience with appliances (including assembly experience desirable) *Full training on our product line will be provided Ability to read/interpret/understand documents such as schematics and diagrams and use tools and equipment for diagnosing and completing repairs Licensed with EPA for Sealed System refrigeration repairs preferred but not required Experience servicing Fisher & Paykel Appliances preferred Our Benefits at a Glance In addition to providing competitive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, we offer: 401K with company match Competitive Employer HSA Contribution Pet Perks Paid Vacation/Time Off: We believe that your time off is important, which is why all US employees accrue 20 days of paid vacation starting year 1.
