Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator . This role is located at Warrenville, IL . 40 hours/week, 8-5 pm M-F Onsite. Contract 3-5 months; Possible contract to hire.

The Main Responsibilities of a person are:

1. Tenant Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
2. Service Coordination: Coordinate various services essential for the smooth operation of the property, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and utilities. Liaise with relevant vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
3. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants by understanding their needs and preferences. Proactively engage with tenants to gather feedback, address issues, and implement solutions to enhance their overall satisfaction.
4. Lease Management: Assist with lease administration tasks, including lease renewals, lease amendments, and move-in/move-out processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of tenant leases and related documents.
5. Facilities Management: Monitor the condition of the property and common areas, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs as necessary. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
