LHH is Hiring a Payroll Representative Near Oakland, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Payroll Representative job opportunity for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA.
This position is in office 100%. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in payroll. The role will be responsible for analyzing retirement accounts and payroll benefit deductions, reconciling benefit accounts and benefit deductions, review calculations, generate and provide reports to management, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
This position does not require payroll processing skills but will utilize your ability to reconcile and analyze payroll and communicate with team members
Qualifications :
- Professional experience in Payroll required
- Experience with LOA’s (Leave of Absence), garnishments, and flexible spending accounts
- Understanding retirement accounts would be a big plus
- Excellent Data Entry skills (Typing & 10 key)
- Solid computer / technical skills (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
- Excellent customer service and communications
- Detailed, accurate, and organized
- Team player, a positive attitude, and coachable
- Reliable, dedicated, and quick to learn
Experience : 3 years of Payroll experience (Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Technician, Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist)
