This opportunity would be an ongoing contract role with the long term potential of conversion. This would be a hybrid onsite role in Manhattan (NYC).

The Coordinator, Ecommerce will lead all facets of accurate promotional and sampling set-up alongside site content management. This individual will own all promotional QA testing and reporting as well as manage the relationship with the promotion and QA teams. The position requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking in order to deliver revenue goals. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of e-commerce as well as promotion and content production. This position will report to and work closely with the Director, Ecommerce and Manager E-mail & Promotions to deliver and achieve overall strategic and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotions & Samples:
• Firm understanding of Offer Manager Tool and how it relates to the site. Manage the setup of all US and CA offers (including, but not limited to offers via site, email, affiliate partner, loyalty offers, etc.) in collaboration with Manager of E-mail and Promotional Marketing and Ecommerce Director.
• Collaborate with QA team to test all promotions, including roundtrip testing for high-risk/complex offers
• Collaborate with Promotion team to stay informed on new Offer Manager features for use within the brand, making recommendations for future optimizations
• Partner with Online Inventory Planning to track promotional inventory, submitting SAP code and Radial kitting requests in a timely matter to ensure on time launches
• Manage Checkout and Promotional Sampling ordering and usage, ensuring proper sample coverage at all times
• Partner with Radial and Planning to ensure sample SKUs are balanced across DCs to avoid split shipments, optimizing future sample plans to save on split shipment costs
• Collaborate with Director, Ecommerce on future sample forecasts and incoming inventory to inform sampling strategy
• Assist in real-time promotional performance analysis to identify opportunities and mitigation plans as needed
• Own ensuring E-list loyalty redemption skus are always adequately in stock to ensure a seamless experience for best customers.
Site Assets:
• Utilize promotional plan, email calendar and site reporting to own creative asset requests and workflow, ensure alignment across tactics
• Manage the tracking of homepage content refresh of US and CA. Collaborate with Director on homepage content strategy and ideation
• Function as the main point of contact for site content partner and collaborate with them on building, QA and launching content/promotions.
• QA test all site assets, including links pre and post launch, collaborating with creative and copy teams to gather holistic feedback
• Lead data driven site asset requests utilizing new tools like Contentsquare to maximize conversion and reduce ineffective site content & workload
• Ensure site assets are handed over in properly optimized sizes to maximize site speed
• Attend weekly site performance meetings to understand optimizations needed, partnering with internal and external teams to make performance updates in a timely matter Analytics & Reporting • Own the reporting of promotional performance on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis while at the same time focusing on the competitive and industry trends. Utilize insights to inform future promotional strategies.
• Own weekly sample usage report to inform future checkout sampling strategy and assortment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 years experience.
• College degree required.
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a brand advocate and team player.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
• Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
