Corbion is seeking an innovative, growth-oriented Master Data Analyst who specializes in SAP master data and can leverage their knowledge of cross functional systems and superior analytical skills to improve and maintain business continuity.

In this role, you will write and implement master data processes and policies within SAP, monitor and analyze master data across systems for the organization.

The ideal candidate will successfully facilitate new product set up through designated programs to its completion by ensuring vendor approved raw materials, government regulatory compliance, and state required documentation for Corbion product set up and ensure all applicable master data is integrated into all required cross functional systems.

This position is based in the Lenexa, Kansas office but will work from remotely from home.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Process vendor, customer and material master data entry, edits, processes and procedures in various systems.
• Partner with finance for master data quarterly reviews and audits.
• Technical Master Data Input and Document output such as Material Documents
• Certificate facilitation and gathering such as Kosher, Halal and Organic information to enter into AS400, Formulator, Genesis, SAP and SharePoint for material master data.
• Product Development Process facilitation for formula and non-formula material item creation and changes.
• Submit and follow up regarding ERP related helpdesk issues; act as department’s ERP subject matter expert.
• Maintain traceability for all transactions and document changes for auditing purposes.
• Participate in project work and systems implementations to align with business strategy, as needed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of three years of experience with SAP required, experience with SAP master data preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with internal, global departments including IT, Operations, Marketing and Sales.
• Successful background of presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise and easily understood manner to stakeholders and senior level executives.
• Strong understanding of system platforms, deployments and solutions at the enterprise level.
• Excellent communication, relationship and leadership skills.
• Ability to strategize, analyze and solve complex, multi-layered problems.
• Proven success in fast-paced culture with an international footprint.
