Prep Cook/Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will play an essential role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation and ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and kitchenware.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting cooks in preparing ingredients for side dishes, such as chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and assembling salads
• Washing dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
• Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment
• Following proper food safety and hygiene practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work nights and weekends

Pay: $9.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
