- Vacuum bagging
- Composite Layup's
- Blue Print Reading
- Using Sanders and Grinders
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience laying up and/or working with Fiberglass, Kevlar, BMI Material, Graphite, or Kevlar
- 1 year of experience vacuum bagging of tools or parts
- Running industrial sized ovens
