HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR EXTON OFFICE
Job Purpose:
Our Account Support Specialist will be responsible for master data management for corporate and EDI accounts which includes new customer accounts, linkage to programs and all other attributes for accurate reporting. They will coordinate account set up activity across departments and onboard E-business projects including set-up and user testing.
Job Responsibilities:
•Create and set-up new customer accounts in coordination with Credit and Tax Departments.
•Set-up and maintain Customer Account cross-references.
•Maintain customer attributes as well as sales assignments.
•Maintain invoicing outputs for EDI customers.
•Responsible for location set ups for E-business onboarding projects.
•Engage in user testing for EDI ordering and invoicing projects.
•Collaborate with IT for system enhancements and requirements.
•Other related duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
•Excellent follow-up skills.
•Works independently with little supervision.
•Intermediate Excel knowledge.
•Strong team player (peers, other functions, management).
Work Experience:
•3-5 years of related job experience.
•Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
•Strong planning and organization skills are required.
Education:
•Bachelor's Degree Preferred
