Influencer Marketing Manager

Global Beauty Brand is seeking a Manager of Influencer Marketing. You will play a pivotal role is growing a portfolio of beauty brands in the US.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of influencer marketing programs in conjunction to identifying influencers and creators that are representative of the brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of influencer marketing strategy, inclusive of campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting that will drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands.

• Develop a pool of influencers and creators fit for each brand and manage the relationships with each of them efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and execute paid influencer marketing strategy, in the context of overall social marketing.

• Establish a streamlined process of managing influencer relationships, with costs in mind.

• Lead all analysis and reporting associated with influencer/creator marketing, including weekly/monthly reviews and insight-based planning sessions.

• Immerse in our key brands and develop an effective creative brief for influencers/creators, aligned with brand narrative priorities.

• Manage and mentor internal teams and manage outside agencies

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in organic social and influencer marketing.

• In-house experience in running influencer marketing is strongly preferred.

• Excellent written/verbal communication, project management, and analytical skills.

• Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
