Laser Access LLC services our military/defense, aerospace, medical, automotive, heavy trucks, and machine equipment industries. We specialize in close tolerance fabrications supported by well-experienced engineering and quality teams, including a top of the line CMM inspection room.
Our sales continue to grow with more Lathe, 5-axis, and complex machining projects. We are in search of a CNC Lathe Programmer with experience in programming and expertise in Mastercam.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in engineering to create robust, efficient, and repeatable processes for new work orders.
- Create programs using Mastercam for CNC Lathe Machines.
- Revise programs to eliminate errors, and retest programs to check that problems have been solved.
- Analyze job orders, drawings, prints, specifications, and design data.
- Observe machines on trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure that programs and machinery function properly and produce items that meet specifications.
- Assist team members in other engineering projects as required.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma Required
- Expert in Mastercam.
- Lathe programming experience
- Experience in 5-axis CNC Programming is a plus.
- Experience in large gantry mills programming is a plus.
- Experience in programming castings is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly Excel
- Experience with JobBoss or related ERP software is a plus.
This is an in-house day shift position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
