This position is responsible for scheduling and holding weekly sales and accountability courses to individual insurance agencies. We are seeking a coachable individual who possess excellent communication skills and Sales expertise and is eager to learn and grow with a new company. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs, educational materials, and scripts for agencies.
- Provide weekly sales and accountably training courses via zoom to insurance agencies
- Track and analyze metrics on agencies goals and productivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Comfortability with relational sales and building client relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
- Fully remote position.
- Commission based salary structure with potential for growth.
