REPORTS TO: Director of Sales Operations
LOCATION: Allegiance office or off-site
FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aligned with the Allegiance Proposal and Sales teams, the Allegiance Product Lead is positioned as a subject matter expert in Third Party Administrator "TPA" solutions sold direct to prospects and clients by leading the rate-setting and underwriting process, coordinating activities to ensure complete sales proposals, and facilitating efficient transition from the sales process to implementation for newly sold clients.
This role will work in conjunction with the Allegiance Distribution Lead, Allegiance VP Sales & Service, and Cigna Local Market and National Accounts teams across the Cigna enterprise to support Request for Proposal efforts and Sales strategy. Key factors for success include a strong understanding of Health Benefits and TPA marketplace, excellent communication skills and demonstrated expertise in the delivery of Allegiance capabilities.
The incumbent is expected to communicate professionally with peers, supervisors, subordinates, vendors, customers, and the public, and to be respectful and courteous in the conduct of this position.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education: College Degree or years equivalent related experience.
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience in health benefits, finance, underwriting and/or human resources preferred. Experience in the TPA industry is very strongly preferred

Ability to analyze and solve problems with professionalism and patience, and to exercise good judgment when making decisions.
