We are looking for a Junior Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and check writing.
• Maintaining investment files and supporting documentation.
• Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports or documents, and conducting research if needed.
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or other related fields
• Ability to reconcile accounts and preparation of statements.
  Understanding of amortization and interest accrual for loans.
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient with computer accounting programs and reporting tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
