Job Summary: As a fulfillment clerk, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate restocking activities to ensure product availability.
3. Picking and Packing: Retrieve items from inventory, carefully package them according to company standards, and prepare orders for shipment.
4. Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.
5. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping, ensuring only high-quality items are sent to customers.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping activities using computerized systems or spreadsheets.
7. Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues that may arise. Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping logistics systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in accordance with the required schedule shift.
• Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
