- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Has a valid U.S. driver's license (non-CDL) and a good driving history
- Has basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Can handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Tire deliveries and warehouse duties
- Loading, unloading, and quality control
