We are looking for a Help Desk Technician I to join our team!

In this position you will:

• Provide first and second level help desk support for local and remote users including:
  • Computer Support (Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows 11 required)
  • Network Support (Windows Servers, AZURE/EntraID)
  • Software Application Support (Office 365, Intune, Zoho, ServiceDesk Plus, Box, Salesforce, SentinelOne, Mimecast, DUO)
• Perform routine desktop, server and systems maintenance including:
  • Backup and restore activities
  • Updating patches and virus definitions
  • Troubleshooting and repair of basic application and hardware issues
  • Re-imaging laptops
• Maintain an active, up-to-date inventory of IS equipment
  • Ensure that all PCs are scanned into CPC Technical Support System quarterly or whenever a change is made by CPC IS team
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation that is current, user-friendly, and synchronized with the Help Desk
  • Maximize utility of CPC hardware and equipment
• Setup new user accounts, equipment and employee onboarding
• Take initiative to learn new company technology and application efficiencies including:
  • Equipment upgrades
  • Computer imaging software options
  • Software capabilities
  • User account management
  • Equipment Procurement
• Maintain relationships with external service providers

Here’s what you will need to bring to the table:

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and technological skills
• Strong customer service experience with a team player attitude
• Experience with WordPress, MAC OS and SQL server is a plus, but not required
• Availability for occasional on-call support nights and weekends
• Ability to work in office when needed

Note: Viable applicants will be required to pass a background and education verification check.

Targeted Compensation: $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr
