We are an established progressive private Optometry practice, with over 30 years in Clearwater. Our doctor is a highly skilled and compassionate professional in practice with several sub-specialties. You must have a warm and caring heart with a big smile to match. You must have a pleasant and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people of all ages. We have a loyal patient base who enjoy interacting daily with our joyful staff; forming relationships is an important part of your responsibilities, and contributes to the success of our practice as a team.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the practice, helping to ensure a smooth transition of patients throughout. You will welcome and greet our patients with a big smile, and help them feel at home. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including answering and redirecting patient phone calls. You should be able to field patients with ocular emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations to the highest quality standards. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position, so flexibility is a plus.
