Hello All,

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Automation Tester with strong experience in Selenium and C# automation to join our client team – Infosys Australia.

Location: Sydney

Contract duration: 6 months Rollover

Skillset : Selenium C# Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, providing guidance and support in test automation best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C# - is must
• Create and execute automated test cases to ensure the highest level of quality for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide testing solutions.
• Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation with Selenium and C#.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, MSTest).
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
