You are a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, and some experience with payroll. This experience includes hands-on management of health and welfare programs, 401(k) plans, and compensation programs. Additionally, your experience includes advanced proficiency in Excel and three years of supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred but can be substituted for experience.
What the job is: The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the Company's total rewards - compensation and benefits, plus supporting responsibilities of payroll and HRIS. This position will have three direct reports: an HRIS analyst and two payroll/benefits associates. The position works closely with the VP of HR & IT and the HR Manager, who is a peer to this position, advises and trains other members of the HR department, and works regularly with managers throughout the Company. The Company has locations in WA, OR, CA, MT, and the US SE.

Geographically distributed, the department leverages tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana for collaboration and maintaining team connections.
Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $116,000 - $173,000 per year. The pay range listed is just one component of Green Diamond's total compensation package. Other rewards include eligibility to receive a company-wide annual financial performance bonus, and the opportunity to receive an individual performance-based bonus, candidate referral bonuses, and spot bonuses.
