Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social work and possess skills in LIHTC, first aid, case management, medication administration, behavior management, data collection, and supervising.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing social work services to clients
- Implement LIHTC guidelines and regulations
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Manage cases and maintain accurate records
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Obtain required certificates as needed
- Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
- Supervise and support clients in various activities

Skills:

- Strong background in social work
- Knowledge of LIHTC regulations
- First aid certification
- Proficiency in case management
- Ability to administer medications
- Skilled in behavior management techniques
- Certification in relevant areas
- Experience with data collection methods
- Ability to supervise and guide individuals
