**Job Overview:**
Guided by NPC's mission, vision, and values, the Church Office Administrator will give oversight to Administrative Assistant and Volunteers and support the Pastor.
**Duties:**
- Provide creative and proactive administrative support for Pastor
- Supports the work and ministry of the Pastor via phone calls, scheduling meetings, tracking correspondence, maintaining the calendar, and coordinating special events such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms
- Tracks and records guests and visitors to the Church
- Oversees Church-wide communications
- Supervises work of office volunteers and part-time Administrative Assistant and Technical staff
- Coordinates with staff and ministry teams to ensure social media content is current
**Qualifications:**
- Committed follower of Jesus Christ, demonstrating Christian maturity, a deep and prayerful dependence upon God and compatibility with the Essential Tenets of ECO.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate tasks to appropriate people, and handle multiple projects
- Proficient or willing to be trained in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and database programs. Knowledge of Benchmark, Tithe.ly, Canva, Breeze, and Clover are bonuses.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, creative, proactive thinker and detailed oriented
