Our top-rated statewide kayak tour company is expanding in the Lower Keys! We are looking for outgoing, eco-loving individuals to be lead tour guides at our Sugarloaf Key location (near Key West)

Qualifications:

A passion for being outdoors and a willingness to learn.

Customer service oriented and outgoing.

Comfortable and confident on the water.

Must be willing to take a drug test and undergo a background check.

Available multiple days of week/weekend.

Able to lift 50 pounds (kayaks).

Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Give guided eco-tours in Sugarloaf Key, Florida

Provide relevant information about the tour/area. (Training will be provided)

Ensure safety for all guests and help assist in paddling technique and skill.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonus opportunities.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
