MAU Workforce Solutions is Hiring an EHS Specialist Near Greenville, SC
MAU is hiring an EHS Specialist our client in Greenville, SC. As an EHS Specialist, you will develop risk assessments across all manufacturing areas to ensure a proactive approach to safety. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Shift Information:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety role
- Experience with EHS programs, such as confined spaces, working at heights, fall protection, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and hazard recognition
General Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Essential Functions:
- Develop Safety Risk Assessments for manufacturing processes
- Create EHS training content, including Hazcom and Contractor EHS training, to enhance employee knowledge and compliance
- Implement EHS requirements as outlined by the GE Vernova EHS Framework, fostering a safe work environment
- Actively participate in incident reviews and assist with corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Perform other tasks as required
