Job Description:
As a Retail Fulfillment Associate at Lila, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. This multifaceted position involves answering phones, assisting customers at the checkout, and packing orders with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and provide product information.
• Process customer transactions at the checkout counter.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy in order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Customer Service:
• Resolve customer concerns or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
• Keep the retail space and packing area clean and organized.
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
