Position Overview :
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for one of Blueprint NC’s greatest assets, its people. Overseeing the operational aspects and the human resources function while also contributing to the development and execution of people and culture strategies aligned with Blueprint NC’s goals and values. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of human resources practices.
