Trend HR is Hiring a Front Desk Reception Near Royse City, TX
Job Description
TrendHR is looking to hire a front desk receptionist for our office in Rockwall. The ideal candidate is a Rockwall native, someone who can multi-task, and has no problem with adapting day to day tasks. This will be a direct hire with 90 days probation and Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Sending weekly reports
- assisting different departments with adminitration and clerical
- scanning paperwork
- checking backgrounds
- E-verification
- confirming interview appointments
- Answering multiple lines
Qualification:
- High School Diploma or similar
- Computer savvy i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to pass a background check
