NCSC is looking for an experienced Project Management Administrator to join our Court Consulting Services Group. The Project Management Administrator with the Court Consulting Services Group ensures that the proposals, contracts & financial planning, submission, and execution are accomplished in a clear, consistent process linked from start to finish process. Proposals, contracts and budgetary components of the Court Consulting Group projects, initiatives and administrative operations align with established budgets and expectations and comply with relevant policies and processes of NCSC and public and private funders. In this role, the Project Management Administrator functions in support of the VP, Managing Directors and Deputy Managing Directors of Court Consulting. This role also works with Legal Services and Accounting to ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracting, policies on sub-recipients, PSA, TOPS on external consulting. Responsible for providing other direct and indirect support to Management, including but not limited to performing a key role in the division proposal and contract submission, tracking and reporting as well as the invoicing for all projects.

The annual starting salary for this role is between $68,640 - $85,000, factors which affect starting pay within the range include education, experience, and other qualifications as it relates to the position.
