We are seeking an organized and efficient scheduling coordinator to join our team at A Lifetime of Smiles. A Lifetime of Smiles is an award winning, state of the art facility that is committed to providing the highest quality of care for 25 years to our community in a fun, friendly atmosphere. We are a full service dental office with the most advanced equipment offering our patients preventative, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontic procedures. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to improve patients' smiles and therefore, their lives. You will play a key role in our office as our scheduling coordinator and you will help support the clinical needs of the patients and our amazing doctors.
What you will do :

• Manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
• Create and audit schedules
• Handle patient accounts, including billing and insurance claims
• Collect and post patient payments
• Maintain patient records and files
• Present treatment plans to patients
• Submit insurance claims and pre-treatment estimates
• Process Insurance payments
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

What you will bring :

• Minimum of 2 years customer service
• Proficient in Google docs and Google sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to maintain a great attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to adapt and be detail oriented
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• The experience working in a fast-paced office
• The ability to standard prolonged periods of sitting and standing
