Brand Marketing Coordinator

Our well-known Retail client is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator who will serve as a key partner to the Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Team, working with internal clients across the Business to bring their departmental initiatives to Associates through engaging marking campaigns. The Coordinator assists with project management of creative projects from conception through rollout and understands all the necessary details needed to deliver campaigns on time and meet client objectives.

This is a 6 month contract with high potential for extension. You must be local to Framingham, MA and willing to go onsite 2x/week.

Summer Fridays!! Off at 1PM on Fridays - can make up the 4 hours of unpaid time Monday-Thursday.

Pay Rate: Up to $30/hr depending on experience (W2 and option for benefits)

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Corporate Brand partner for departments in need of marketing support.
• Listen, ask questions, and filter requests for marketing support through the appropriate channels.
• Work on templated and annual projects (Ad requests, annual events, logos, digital signage updates).
• Help maintain the Brand Resource Center and other intranet creative needs.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the way we work together and deliver results internally.
• Work with other Marketing partners such as Project Managers, Art Buying, Studio, etc. to complete projects on time.
• Assist on global Corporate strategic projects as needed, including the annual State of the Company events and Executive-level Town Hall presentations

Requirements:

• Must be local to Framingham, MA and willing to go onsite 2x/week.
• 2-3 years of experience
• Experience in the fashion, retail, or related industries
