Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Enrollment at Lancaster Mennonite School starting July 1, 2024. The Director of Enrollment will leverage data and technology to effectively manage inquiry and enrollment pipelines. They will be responsible for all the processes associated with cultivating prospective student leads, and building and maintaining relationships with candidates that span across the enrollment timeline, from inquiry to registration. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the enrollment process.
