Proempire LLC / Vitamatic is Hiring an Operation Coordinator Near Raritan, NJ

Job Overview:

Manage the backend operations of all channels and ensure the data is up-to-date and functioning. Provide administrative support to the ecommerce operations team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart eBay etc.
  • Daily order processing & Ensure timely and accurate inventory pick and fulfillment transactions.
  • Daily inventory management including Ensure thorough investigations into all inventory tagged as missing & Resolve all discrepancies/issues regarding inventory.
  • Manage and update online product catalog, including setting up new products and maintaining existing products and category pages.
  • Perform quality control ensuring product content including listing, imagery, and pricing are UpToDate.
  • Communication with and daily support for the company’s warehousing network
  • Mentor and train all new team members.
  • Promote safety, workspace organization, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of emerging digital marketing platforms.
  • Actively identify new marketing opportunities and trends
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Fluent in the English language

· A Bachelor's degree in Business, or any related discipline is preferred.

· Must have a keen eye for detail, be highly observant, organized, and methodical, and possess strong time-management skills.

· Advanced professional skills in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools are expected.

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills are necessary.

· Ability to verify all technical material for consistency and accuracy.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logic-building skills required.

· Exceptional written communication skills are a must.

· Must be flexible and adaptable to change and working hours when needed.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure while multi-tasking efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
