Atala Physical Therapy is a boutique North County physical therapy clinic. We are a private, manual physical therapy clinic that focuses on the patient's specific needs, injuries, and wellness, using a positive, whole-body approach. Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, positive person who will be responsible for greeting patients, phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, and collecting co-pays. The ideal candidate has experience working with medical insurances, has knowledge of Webpt and basic medical terminology.

Days: Wednesday and Friday; 8am-5pm. Positive, friendly, fun, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, and receptionist duties
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No weekends

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications

• Carlsbad, CA 92010: Relocate before starting work (Required)
