Financial services professional is seeking an assistant to help with her busy practice. Primary duties will include triaging mail, handling correspondence and fund transfer logs, maintaining compliance, greeting guests, maintaining office equipment and supplies. Will be utilizing financial planning software (E-Money) to gather, input, organize and evaluate data.

Requires proficiency in MS Office, ability to provide exceptional customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills. A background in insurance and/or financial services a plus.

Background check, credit check and finger printing required.
