Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Expeditor to join our team. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to the customers, contributing to a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes to customers
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to prioritize orders
- Monitor food quality and presentation before it leaves the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with bussing, banquet, and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations efficiently
