Job Summary:
Regenerative Tissue Science, LLC is a leader in natural musculoskeletal regenerative nutrition, is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor, be a good communicator and be able to be an integral part of the marketing team, working with the Account Manager.

The right candidate will have a strong phone presence, proven customer support experience and have the ability to take and initiate sales orders. The right candidate will be answering inbound and outbound sales calls from both healthcare professionals as well as highly motivated and educated consumers searching for premium natural solutions to maintain their bone and joint health. Full company training will be provided. Must have the aptitude for basic science and have a desire to help people with their health. This is not a telemarketing or retail sales position.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs while independently managing existing book of business.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and go the extra mile to engage consumers and healthcare professionals.
• Help maintain and expand consumer database.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions and sales support.
• Inform healthcare professionals and consumers of product details, deals and promotions.
• Work with Account Manager to build customers into larger accounts.

Requirements and skills

• Proven Customer Service experience.
• Strong phone presence, phone sales experience is a plus
• Experience working with Customer Relations Management Systems (CRM)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Coachable and willingness to learn
• Highschool, BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation
$85K - $100K (including base, monthly commission, quarterly and annual bonus plan)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
