We are currently seeking a few dynamic individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter for our day shift, Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 6pm. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting our product offerings, and scheduling in-home consultations with our outside sales representatives.

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a few dynamic individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter for our day shift, Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 6pm. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting our product offerings, and scheduling in-home consultations with our outside sales representatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Effectively communicate with potential customers, providing information about our water filtration system and their benefits
- Utilize provided leads to generate a high volume of quality appointments on a daily basis
- Showcase excellent phone etiquette, maintaining a friendly and personable demeanor throughout conversations
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to maximize appointment bookings
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the in-home consultation
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and confidence over the phone
- Experience in sales is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
- Availability to work the day shift, Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 6pm
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Ability to follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed appointment targets
- Ability to geographically map out reps from appointment to appointment in a timely manner
- Enjoy an hourly wage plus commission for each appointment that results in a purchase
- On average, expect 50-60% of the appointments scheduled to close
