Get It Recruit - Healthcare is Hiring a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative - Remote | WFH
What You'll DoAs an Outbound Call Specialist on our Contact Team, you'll play a vital role in reviewing risk adjustment and Quality Care gaps. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting outreach through various channels, including outbound calls, to providers, members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Encouraging and guiding members to participate in health programs and utilize available benefits.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction.
Coaching and educating members on preventive care and health program participation.
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines regarding member confidentiality.
Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
Collaborating with care coordination efforts and closing care gaps where needed.
Preferred QualificationsWe value candidates with the following qualifications:
Familiarity with Smart desktop, Care Radius, or Genesis systems (preferred but not required).
Experience in care coordination, HEDIS, closing care gaps, or medical office support.
Understanding of scheduling systems.
1-2 years of experience in healthcare and/or customer service.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
Hiring RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and contact management tools.
