American Image is Hiring a Remote Customer Service / Inside Sales
The ideal candidate will meet the qualifications below to promote, grow and maintain our record of service and reputation.
You will be working in an open, collaborative office environment with a strong team.
Unlimited growth potential including if interested travel for trade show and key account presentations.
On premise only. No remote work
Responsibilities will include any or all of the following:
- Answer calls, respond to emails in a timely manner
- Translate customer requests into quotes, jobs, upload all information into Acumatica.
- Organize and place multiple calls within a specified time frame
- Maximize customer retention through strong communication and follow thru on details.
- Follow-up in a timely manner with existing clients and potential clients/leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls placed and results of calls
- Estimate jobs in a timely manner
- Use CRM software to track activity
- Attend regular weekly meetings
- Provide value added information and recommendations to provide solutions for customers
- Meet regularly with Manager and Production Department to discuss current and future sales opportunities
- Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions
- Maintain and update current pricing strategies
- 5 years experience in Customer Service
- 5 years experience in Commercial Printing, Signs, or a related field beneficial
- Understanding of franchise business models
- Flexibility in meeting deadlines
- The ability to ask probing questions on sales calls
- Strong personal initiative and self-starting qualities
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/CRM systems experience.
