Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team as a 1099 contractor. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. This role will involve filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and the Davel Creative Agency team to understand content requirements and objectives.
• Plan, film, and edit video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with the client's brand and marketing goals.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to create content that maximizes engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to improve content performance.

• Reliable transportation for on-site filming as needed.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media content creation work.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.68 - $29.04 per hour
