The Academic Success Coach plays an integral role in the support and success of students in an accelerated nursing program at our site in Elkridge, MD. Major responsibilities include registration, academic advising/success coaching and the retention/persistence of enrolled nursing students. The Success Coach interacts with students, university faculty and advising teams, professional staff, and other program personnel to enhance and facilitate the progression, and graduation of students.
