Responsibilities

Vehicle Assessment : Perform initial assessment of customers' vehicles to identify service requirements and communicate findings effectively.

Service Recommendations : Recommend necessary services and additional maintenance based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.

Service Follow-Up : Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.

Requirement

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
