Duties include:

• Planning and implementing activities that are educationally and developmentally appropriate for our participants
• Monitoring and documenting the progress of participants in their activities
• Working independently or with a team to ensure resident participation
• Managing budgets
• Developing and maintain relationships with vendors and community organizations
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care Environment
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of Alzheimer's and dementia care practices
• 1 year as Activity Coordinator preferred; however, will train the right person

Must be detailed oriented, self motivated, responsible and fun!

Pay rate based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
