Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Service Worker located in Louisville, KY. The Social Service Worker will be responsible for providing social services, such as social support and family services, to individuals and families in need. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating resources and services, providing counseling and support, and advocating for clients. The Social Service Worker will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure the well-being and overall care of clients.

• Training Period : The first 6 months will be intensive training, where you’ll gain essential skills and knowledge.
• Compensation : During Training: $28 per hour/Post-Training: $32 per hour
