These can be in-office, hybrid, or remote work opportunities. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
Experience: Two years tax experience in public accounting
Skills: The following are the key skills we are seeking:
Experience: Two years tax experience in public accounting
Skills: The following are the key skills we are seeking:
- Ability to prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state returns
- Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop client specific and firm solutions, and manage implementation
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and audit staff
- Coaching and mentoring tax staff
- Ability to articulate complex tax information to a variety of clients
- Ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent or in the process of taking the CPA or Enrolled Agent exam preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting/tax software applications and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
