Job Description: Product Photographer (Computer Operated Photography)

Position Overview:

VBB, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated Product Photographer to join our online retail team. In this role, you will learn to operate an automated photography unit to capture high-quality images of our products, contributing directly to our marketing and sales efforts. Training is provided. This position requires no previous photography experience but demands a candidate who is meticulous, organized, careful, trustworthy, focused, independent, and able to handle repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computer-controlled Ortery automated photography equipment to take top-down, front-back product photos.
• Ensure each product is presented accurately, capturing colors, textures, and details effectively.
• Manage and prioritize photography assignments to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Adhere to brand and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all images produced.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align photos with promotional needs and brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Good hand-eye coordination and careful handling of products.
• Comfort with performing semi-repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Aptitude for quick learning and effective problem-solving.
• Ability to acquire computer skills and operate photography software; experience using Excel or Sheets a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in photography or related fields is advantageous but not required.
• Candidates must be bondable with a clean background check.
• Personal device use in the photography studio is prohibited. Devices must be docked. However, you are welcome to use your devices during breaks and lunch.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical stamina and the ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, and move around the photography studio for extended periods.
