Company: Amenity Pool Services and Pearl Pool Plastering

Overview:

Amenity Pool Services and Pearl Pool Plastering are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our shared services team. This position is critical to our operations, supporting teams across Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with multi-state labor laws. Fluency in Spanish and strong technological skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

● Recruiting (70% During Busy Season):

● Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

candidates.

● Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the

company.

● Utilize various recruiting platforms and strategies to attract top talent.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance

on recruiting strategies.

● Conduct background, MVR checks and extend job offers.

General HR Duties:

● Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation

sessions.

● Ensure all new hires are properly trained and integrated into the company culture.

● Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system (Workday preferred).

● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

● Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts.

● Ensure compliance with multi-state Department of Labor laws and company policies.

● Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

● Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter.

● Experience with HRIS systems is required; Workday experience is preferred.

● Knowledge of multi-state labor laws (Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia).

● Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is required.

● Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

● Proficiency in Google Suite and excellent technological skills.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at the Miami location.
